We want you to enjoy the best experience with our tea and chai powder products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the return and refund guidelines below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
- The request for return must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- An unboxing video or clear photos may be required as proof for damaged or incorrect items.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened tea or chai powder packets
- Products without original packaging
- Products returned after the allowed request period
3. Return Process
To request a return:

- Provide your order number, product details, and photos/videos of the issue.
- After verification, our team will guide you through the return process.
4. Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.
5. Replacement Option
Instead of a refund, customers may choose to receive a replacement product, subject to stock availability.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
